Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

1. Plans and price

  • GhostPips Free is free of charge. No payment details are needed.
  • GhostPips Pro costs £19.99 GBP per month, charged when you subscribe and then on the same date each month.
  • Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel.

2. How to cancel

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. This opens Stripe's secure customer portal, where you can cancel, update your card and download invoices. If you can't get in, email Ghostpipsacademy@gmail.com and we will cancel for you.

When you cancel, future renewals stop. Pro stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for; the exact end date is shown in your billing account and in Settings. After that your account moves to Free. Your trades, screenshots, reviews and journal are never deleted because you cancel.

3. Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a UK consumer you can cancel your first Pro subscription within 14 days of subscribing without giving a reason.

At checkout you ask for Pro to start straight away. If you cancel within the 14 days, contact us at Ghostpipsacademy@gmail.com and we will refund your payment, less a proportionate amount for the days of Pro you had before cancelling. We will refund within 14 days of your request, to your original payment method.

4. Refunds after the first 14 days

Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund a payment already made for the current month. You can still ask for a refund review by emailing Ghostpipsacademy@gmail.com. We will always consider:

  • billing errors and duplicate charges, which we refund in full;
  • renewals you did not intend, where you contact us promptly and have not used Pro since;
  • significant service failures that stopped you using Pro;
  • any other refund you are entitled to by law.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which gives you remedies if a digital service is not provided with reasonable care and skill. See also our Terms of Service.
