Terms of Service

GhostPips is subscription-based trading journal and analytics software provided by GhostPips ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using GhostPips you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

GhostPips is educational and analytical software. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, manage investments, act as a broker or guarantee any trading result.

You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at Ghostpipsacademy@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use GhostPips.

GhostPips Free costs nothing and includes manual journaling, the dashboard, basic analytics, trading plans and checklists, MT5 imports up to a monthly limit, and a small monthly allowance of Ghost AI Coach messages and chart reviews.

GhostPips Pro costs £19.99 per month (GBP, including any applicable VAT shown at checkout) and adds larger Ghost AI allowances, chart annotations, AI Memory, AI performance reports and advanced analytics. Current allowances are shown on the pricing page and in Settings.

Pro is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged £19.99 on each renewal date until you cancel. We will tell you in advance before changing the price, and you can cancel before a change takes effect.

Ghost AI features have monthly allowances that reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Unused allowance does not roll over. To keep the service reliable and affordable, we may limit automated, excessive or abusive use, including requests that attempt to bypass allowances.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy notice also apply to your payment.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops renewing. Your rights to cancel and to refunds are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You own the trades, notes, screenshots, imports and journal entries you add. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can provide GhostPips to you, including sending relevant data to our AI provider when you use Ghost AI features. Cancelling Pro does not delete your data. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

The GhostPips software, brand, design and content (excluding your data) belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the service for your own trading review.

• Do not break the law, infringe others' rights or upload unlawful content.
• Do not try to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass usage limits.
• Do not resell, scrape or copy the service, or use it to build a competing product.

Ghost AI analyses only the data and screenshots you provide. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, can misread charts, and should be checked by you. Chart annotations are estimates of what is visible on your screenshot, not verified price data.

Nothing in GhostPips is financial, investment or trading advice, and Ghost AI is not a regulated financial adviser. Trading forex, futures and CFDs carries a high risk of losing money. Past performance shown in your journal does not predict future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

We aim to keep GhostPips available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may improve, change or withdraw features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you pay for, we will tell you and you may cancel.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after giving notice where reasonable. You may close your account at any time. If we end the service without your fault, we will refund any unused prepaid period.

We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or decisions you make using GhostPips, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
